Everyone connected to Minneapolis schools has experienced a lot of disruption and uncertainty over the last few years. Now that the strike is over, and the pandemic is receding, Southwest Voices wants to hear from parents of Minneapolis schoolchildren to hear how you and your children have been affected by distance learning, the educators strike, and decisions made by the MPS school board. We also want to hear about your hopes for the future.
Take the Southwest Voices MPS Parents Education Survey
We created this survey after hearing from several parents that they had no safe way to share their experiences—they worried that by sharing, they would open themselves up to online abuse. We heard that and think your opinions and experiences are worth sharing, if maybe in a safer or more anonymous setting.
We want to hear from you. Let us know how you are feeling amidst these tumultuous years.
As always, we will share these perspectives with the Southwest Voices community so that we can continue to learn from each other, and are happy to keep yours anonymous if that’s what you would prefer.
